Responsibilities
• Assist Adult Service Supervisors with day tasks
• Interact and show genuine care for adult consumers with developmental disabilities
• Provide support for Direct Support Professionals who are working in the field
• Organize and file employee and consumer documentation
• Assist with planning events and trips for adult consumers
• Plan & develop person-centered activities in accordance with consumer service plans
• Assist in coordination of staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage
• Perform other duties as needed as assigned by direct supervisor
